I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at JCPenney
Interview
The process took about a month. I was contacted in April by a recruiter via LinkedIn. We set up a phone interview after we connected. After the phone interview with HR, I moved forward to another phone interview with a department director. I then advanced to the last round of interviews, which consisted of four one-on-one interviews with department directors via Skype. Every person I interviewed with was very nice. I enjoyed all the conversations I had! The following week after I had interviewed I was presented with an offer, and I accepted!

You receive about two phone calls on separate occasions before an actual in person interview so it can take up to a month for the whole process. The in person interview process is a half day process but you get to meet all the key players whom you will be working with. And they are able to give you really good insight to the job and the work environment. But afterwards the turn around to hear back is quiet quickly. Everyone is professional and very nice!
