Went through a series of 3 interviews over a 2 week time frame. First interview was over the phone with HR. Basic questions about work history and what I did in those roles and also questions about how I handled staff and sales. Second interview was with the store manager. More detailed about work experience and explain how i handled staff that was not preforming. Third interview was with District Manager.

The interview process was thoroughly explained and executed. The process consisted of three interviews. Each person had their own style. Phone Calls and messages were consistent. talked to 3 different people . questions were different from each person and the District Manager was very intense, almost entirely "tell me about a time" questions. We interviewed for almost two hours. I felt very good about the interview but very drained.
