Interview
The interviewing process was very easy. I got a call from the store manager after applying online and had an interview the next day! She was friendly and polite and the interview seemed more like a pleasant conversation as she asked me to describe my past experience. She gave me a job offer at the end of the first interview!
The process took 2 days. I interviewed at JCPenney (Redlands, CA) in Apr 2009
Interview
I had two interviews on two different days. The first interview the lady was very nice and just talked about the hours and days you would work and what your job duties would be. On the second interview you have with the store manager which I thought was kind of rude. She just repeated the same question you answered on the first interview.
