I applied online and was called 3 days later to come to a group interview. There were 8 of us at the group interview. We were first asked to introduce ourselves and tell a little about our work experience. We were then each given a task to complete and present to the group -- choosing between two business scenarios, deciding which we would support and why, and then presenting our decision to the group. Then as a group we worked together to choose the best scenario from all those presented. I was then called into an individual interview with one of the managers. He asked me about my work history, availability, etc. It was a very comfortable interview and felt more like a conversation than an interview. I was offered the position right then.
