      Interview

They were very personable and invested in all of our conversations. I had 3 rounds of phone interviews, then they flew me to Dallas and had a hotel for me for the final round of interviews with no cost. They had many people interviewing possible interns, showing they all care about the process and the people coming in.

      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at JCPenney (Plano, TX) in Mar 2018

      Interview

Applied online, had a short phone interview with a recruiter (very easy), then moved on to two phone interviews with executives. Each lasted 30 min and you were asked lots of behavioral questions. If you made it past that you came in to the Home Office for one day of meeting people and 3 online assessments, and then one day of completing a case study and a 3 on 1 interview
