This is for the JCPenney Leadership Program. The interview consisted of hard behavioral questions. They also included current event, role model, and off the resume type questions. Additionally, typical situational questions.

Go into the store. Find someone. Tell them you are there for the interview. They go find the manager. The manager comes over. They walk you to a room in the back. Backroom one on one with the manager.
The interview process was short and not very deep, I asked more questions then the interviewer did, and they started writing down the questions I asked so they could include them in future interviews
Quick and easy interview process. Spoke about department store experience and hours that I would be available. Simple and no complaints, interviewed HR and then department supervisor. Met other associates and discussed culture on the side.
