The process was fairly easy and was not nerve wracking at all. It was a group interview and consisted of typical questions such as why you want to work here and what makes you great for the position. There were also random questions such as what is your favorite ice cream flavor and favorite animal.

Took about 10 mintues. HR person was welcoming and easy to talk to. She showed me around the store and introduced me to some of the workers and the different departments in the store.
Team interview with about 8 other people. We had to do building exercises and selling exercises with each other. Very simple and was actually one of my best interview experiences.
