None..I was a rehire...and when I interviewed people I wanted them to tell me about themselves. I hate those typical tell me about a time when...questions...If applicants have ever worked before and have read books or whatever on jobs, they KNOW what the answer is that the interviewer wants
Pretty standard. Competency questions, asking about background, several role play situations. Was interviewed by only one person and the process took around forty five minutes start to finish. Interviewer was very friendly and informative about the expectations of the position. I was kept in the loop during the entire process and the subsequent follow up was done in a timely and professional fashion. Overall, a positive experience.

interviewed with store manager. Friendly, professional and quick. We went through job requirements, my past experience and was introduced to other department managers during my time at the interview. Manager made me feel at ease.

Interviewed with General Manager and Assistant Manager. Was a very relaxed and comfortable process. Afterwards I was called by tje General Manager 3 days later and offered the position. Started a few days later.
