      Interview

It was very seamless. My recruiter Gabrielle was extremely helpful and responsive. With my background and experience, she found me relevant for a different position than I applied for, for which I'm grateful to her.

      Interview

Incredibly upset with the interview process at JCPenney. Made it all the way to the final interview l, completed a project that took me a week, and then never heard back from recruiter, Gabrielle, after presenting the project. Am very glad I went with a better paying job offer, if the interview process was any indication of how they treat their employees. Very disappointed and would have appreciated a rejection email after all the work I did

I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter 3 weeks later for an initial screening. 3 more weeks later I had an interview with a Design Director and next day I was asked to complete a design project that was to be presented the following week and I was given an offer the next day. The entire process took about 2 months from applying to offer.
