The interview process was very easy. I applied online and I was scheduled for an interview within two days. One of the reasons I applied for the job was because they advertised flexible scheduling, however when I went to interview I quickly realized that wasn’t the case. I told the hiring manager I was available anytime Monday-Saturday and needed Sundays off. She became incredibly pushy about needing me to work on Sundays to the point where I felt incredibly uncomfortable. I honestly feel as though if I’m offering open availability the rest of the week, then one day shouldn’t matter. I will more than likely be declining the offer and staying at my current job for the time being. Don’t advertise flexible scheduling if you aren’t actually willing to be flexible with your employees.
