The team that interviewed me were very polite and professional. The questions that they asked were relevant to the position I applied for. Their follow up contact was exactly on the timeline that they expressed to me which was very much appreciated.
Delayed, went well overall, basic and repetitive questions . Felt more like an interrogation rather than a conversation. The person who interviewed me , didn’t explain the role, or anything related to the store or what was expected.
I applied online. I interviewed at JCPenney (Columbus, OH) in Apr 2022
Interview
The process was informative with the trio of folks I talked too. A lot of experience in logistics and detailed job description and expectations. Friendly, professional, welcoming environment. Tour of the 2+ million sq ft facility allowed me to see process and capture the culture and environment.
