Initial phone screening interview with recruiter was fast and easy. They asked basic questions regarding your previous work experience. Second round interview was a virtual interview with HR manager, they asked about my skills, work experience and behavior questions. Third round interview was on site and felt more like discussion and get to know your personality, work experience and leadership style. Followed by warehouse tour. Received job offer after 48 hours. The entire process was smooth.
