1. Met a recruiter on campus 2. Contacted for a 1:1 interview with their HR professional.. although she is not a professional. She is extremely mean, grumpy and rude (3 or 4 students have also said the same thing) 3. Took an online personality test to make sure I wasn't crazy 4. Was then invited to their Buena Park location where I did a 1:1 interview with their HR manager, 2 people that are in the feild I was interested in, then a panel interview of 5 of them. Very easy, nothing was structered or prepared... simple stuff. 5. Had a final interview with another manager 5. Was offered a salary that was not NEAR as competative as it needs to be for Orange County, CA. wow...
