Interview
Applied online at their website, two weeks later I received a voicemail from their hiring manager wanting to set up an interview for the following week, I did so. Once at the interview she asked about my education, hobbies and experiences gained with my former employers, once we talked about that I was told the position was mine and the fact that I was bilingual made it 10x better. The week after the interview I went in for training and two days after I started ofiicially working at JCP.

What is the most important thing when dealing with an angry customer?
It was overall easy. I was contacted over the phone to set up the interview. It was informal and relaxed. Hiring manager went over some standard questions. Discussed availability, salary
was simple and quick, not many questions were asked, it was a group interview where we helped each other builds blocks and keep it from falling down. The manager was watching us use teamwork together to understand if we all fit into their team environment.

Very easy and simple. Just answer questions with common sense. They ask several “what would you do in this situation” questions and they are pretty straightforward. Not hard at all.
