      Marketing Interview

      Dec 21, 2011
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at JD Power in May 2011

      Interview

This interview process was exhausting. I had one-on-one interviews with 7 different people (each one was at least 45 minutes in length, most were an hour), and two of them included out-of-office lunches held on separate days. All this, PLUS the initial HR phone interview/screening. PLUS, an initial phone interview with my potential manager. PLUS, a skills test that was labeled "Homework Assignment" that took at least a half day to complete. The culture at the Woodland Hills Office is very corporate, perhaps even more so than I was expecting.
