Misleading, deceptive, failed to follow up, failed to meet commitments and then went dark when I followed up - fortunately Mickey Mouse firms who treat people like this can't hide their warts forever and eventually no one want to work there. You get what you give.

All the normal ones as was appropriate. But once I was told by the hiring manger I'd meet with the management team at the site some out-of-touch, ivory tower tool made some arbitrary determination I made too much in my last job and my last role was too high for me to be seriously interested in this lower role.
