After submitting resume online, was contacted by outside 'headhunter.' We arranged time for phone interview. I was surprised at the amount of time and in depth questions! I guess I passed, because I was allowed an online test that took a couple of hours to complete. Once again..kinda crazy for a Customer Care position. Then came a personal interview, with several supervisors.. At that point I was no longer interested in the job.
