First there was HR call, then interview with a team member- asked general and technical questions. Then i got a home assignement, it took a few days to complete. Next, another interview regarding the assignment. After that an HR interview and then the last interview was with the team VPs.

After over two months and consistently positive feedback, I was rejected at the very last stage of a recruitment process. The reason—another candidate from a similar industry—was obvious from the start, so hearing it only at the end felt like a disregard for the time and energy I invested.
