Scheduled an interview with a recruiter via email. Next day she reached out for the initial screening process. She cut me off and rushed me off the phone before asking any substantial questions. The whole process made me feel terribly denigrated. I have been in this business a while and have never been shown such little respect in my life. The fact it came from a recruiter rather than someone who has actually been in the pits slinging loans is also frustrating. I feel this business does require a certain edge that only a peer can truly assess
