The process was three steps following the application. I had a screening over zoom with a recruiter to discuss the position and answer questions. At the end I was invited to take a personality test that I was given a week to complete. This was followed by a zoom interview with three executives and they each asked two or more questions followed by my own questions. The last was an in person interview with the same executive at their office.
