I was called completely out of the blue by some woman wanting to interview me, I told her I was kind of busy at the moment but interested and she just proceeded to ask me interview questions anyway.. She asked me a little about my background then told me the average commission is $20k.. I said that's great but don't those commercial deals take a while to install? Do I get paid an advance up front when the deal is signed? She couldn't answer any of my questions and just told me that would be answered in the second interview.. I told her great I'm interested to learn more have them reach out to me when I'm not so busy please. She said OK and didn't schedule a time with me, haven't heard anything. You guy's should really consider confirming a time before you do interviews like everyone else out there.
