Super day was three different rounds with 2 of the team’s members in each round. Mostly behavioral with maybe 2-3 pretty straightforward technical questions. A LOT of ‘Tell me a time when…” questions. Lots of time to ask questions at the end of each round.
One round with multiple interviews, talked to advisors across the country in different aspects of the business. They were very responsive and open with offer timelines and expectations. The interview was conversational and easy going
Basic Interview process with initial interview with one person, then with two members, and finally a superday with about four employees. Questions were mostly behavioral but it is necessary to practice. All team members were kind and seemed interested in what you have to say. It is a good group and recommend it to anyone.
