Interview
After applying online through JP Morgan I was contacted by a JP Morgan technology recruiter. The recruiter had me fill out some forms and apply to a specific job post on their website. A few he ask me to do a video interview through Hirevue. Next he notified me on a recruiting event a couple of weeks away. Next I was contacted by a local VP of Technology recruiting and she set me up with the date and time of the interview and asked me a few general questions. For the in-person interview, I met with two more people separately and they asked me some questions from a questionnaire they had. The in-person lasted about an hour and a half.

Have your had any absences from work or received any disciplinary actions in the last year?
I completed three rounds of interviews for the position, including technical assessments that evaluated my coding proficiency through practical problem-solving exercises designed to test relevant software development skills and knowledge.
Was given a leetcode problem within the first 4 mins of the interviewer. Wish I was making this up. Interviewers did not really introduce themselves besides names, straight to the code problem.The interview felt extremely cold. No soul, no passion, no discussion
Asked very scripted questions and everyone took a lot of notes. I really enjoyed the people I spoke with and they really made me think about the role and my past
