I was given a phone interview and an in-person interview. There were many people interviewing for a handful of positions. Everyone I encountered during the interview process was nice and extremely professional. About 4 days after the interview they offered me the position. They are extremely thorough with the "onboarding process." Immediately after accepting an offer you have 48 hours to complete all required docs.
