Initial phone interview consisted of "fit" questions assessing my skills and personality against members of the current staff.
Questions such as why do you want to be in this operations role?
Why would you make a good analyst?
What qualities do you bring to the team?
The team says they do not micro manage and offer a collegial environment. The environment is in fact very collegial but the management team seems very collegial and inexperienced as well.
Recently JPMorgan FCS was sold off to Markit.
