I never wrote interview review before. But this is the worst interview process I ever had so that I hand hold back to give it a thumbs down. First of all I didn’t applied the Full Stack Developer, I applied a few other backend software engineer positions. And then one day at a Thursday a recruiter called me without any pre communication and saying they want the have an interview with me next day for the full stack position. And the recruiter said it’s in jersey city which is my preference. So I agreed to do the interview next day. The interview was with a hiring manager video conference. She was late for a while I was almost trying to ask recruiter if it’ll still happen. And during the interview I’m not sure what happened but she said she had to leave for a while. So I waited again. She said the position was in New York I was surprised. And at the end of the interview the manager was gonna scheduled another round interview in following week but it never happened. It’s totally organized and waste of my time.
