I applied through the company website and after giving the ususal info was also required to take a skills test and personality assessment to determine job fit. I was contacted within a week for a phone interview by one of the recruiters and was scheduled for a 1:1 interview less than a week later. After that interview I was called for a second 1:1 interview with the manager I would be working under. At the end of the interview the manager let me know that the recruiting department would be contacting me to extend an offer of employment. I was contacted about 3 days later.
