Within this there was also a live design challenge done with the team members as well as othe important people.

Fairly straightforward - phone screening was short, then short call with head of team and a portfolio case study walkthrough followed by another call with two peers for whiteboarding session. Each call was 30-45 min long and everyone was very polite and respectful and encouraging
