Initial phone interview from HR recruiter. Lots of situational and behavioral questions. Felt like he was reading from a script i.e. "What are your strengths?" and the classic , "Where do you see yourself in 5 years?" Was told that my resume would be sent over to the hiring manager to be reviewed and if they wanted to move me to the next step in the interview process, I would be contacted. The good news---After a week went by, I did leave a voice mail message for the HR Recruiter inquiring about my status and he did return my call to let me know that the hiring manager had not yet responded. The bad news--- I was told that they are also looking at several internal candidates. Still waiting but was told to call back in another week if I had not heard anything. I am keeping my fingers crossed.
