First, Application of Resumes were asked and then out of those, Shortlisted resumes were sent an email about the Pre-Placement Talk with multiple candidates

Truly enjoyed the hiring process. Very heavily focused on the STAR questions so I would recommend becoming comfortable with situational questions. Also be yourself and be genuine, this is banking and it can be hard.
