It was very friendly. You have to work a lot doing networking before the interview at least for Private Banking. They will ask you questions about Markets and related to a Private Wealth Case. It lasted one hour and got the response the same day. Be prepared to answer some behavioral questions and to do the resume walk.

The interview process involved multiple rounds and was fair, straightforward, and well-structured. Each round provided a clear opportunity to discuss my experience, demonstrate my knowledge, and assess my suitability for the role.

The interview focused on my motivation for joining J.P. Morgan, my previous experience, technical knowledge, understanding of the role, and behavioural questions exploring teamwork, challenges, and problem-solving abilities.
I applied online and asked for an internal referall. I met with the hiring manager first and then I met with several more members of the time. I did not receive an offer and did not move forward after that.
