JSX Email Marketing Analyst interview questions

Pretty straight forward to begin. Phone screen then potential zoom/in person with hiring manager. Too bad the phone screen came off more as a sales pitch than an interview. Recruiter kept it very surface level and did most of the talking. Wasn’t much of an opportunity to review individual skills and background to determine if there was a fit. The try to pretty up the low ball salary with flight benefits. Worst part about the experience was the poor communication post phone screen. The recruiter went on and on about priding himself about never leaving his “clients” (the candidate) guessing about what’s next. That wasn’t actually the case. The first time I followed up and got a response I was asked questions asked previously and didn’t get a update as requested. It seems he didn’t even care enough to take notes about the interview. Had to follow up a second and third time only to get a form rejection.
