Fake interview! There's one person making the hiring decisions and it doesn't matter how the other interviewers/recruiters rate you or how well you perform. If you know the right person or someone at the company you'd likely get hired. They must go through the process of a formal interview event and invite interviewees which ends up waisting most people's time and energy. They brag about being a transparent company which is also open to LGBT... and autistic persons but they discriminate against older candidates. They also invited around 150 interviewees to the interview event but had only 16 open positions and ended up hiring only 12 people!!
