I recently interviewed for the Employer Branding Specialist role at Jabil and had a great experience speaking with Samantha N. during the phone screen process. Her energy and enthusiasm about the company immediately stood out. She spoke very highly of the culture, opportunities, and the work being done at Jabil, which genuinely made me even more intrigued to learn more about the organization and its different career paths. Communication and follow-up throughout the process were also timely and professional. It was a great example of how employer brand starts from the very first interaction a candidate has with a company.
