Interview
I received a call from HR sceduling an interview. When I got to the interview, it was a group panel interview with the HR department. It was a very good interview. The team was extremely nice and professional. They were very helpful in discussing the job and the company. I received a call a few days later stating that I made it to the second round of interviewing and that I would interview with the HR Manager a week later. She too, was professional and it went will. About three days later I recieved a phone call stating that I impressed both sets of panels, but they selected a candidate that was more qualified. My overall experience was excellent and I appreciated them calling me back. Most jobs don't call you back, or email. They did both. I will definitely apply for something else if it fits.

During the first stages of the recruitment process the interviews were held online. The further you go the more specific interviews get. It wouldn't hurt to practise before the interview - memorize and structurize your previous work experience and prepare to answer questions about your worklife "highs and lows" (situations were you achived something great and/or made a mistake and what you learned from it) , as well as get to know what's the company's about. They also could ask you to complete some tasks to get familiar with your level of experience with programs listed in yhe offer. Overall had a nice experience.
