Applied online, was screened by recruiter, in person interview was set up with the area manager. Met in Kroger grocery store manager showed me what to expect walked me through store. Offered me the job. Was sent offer letter accepted. Online hiring process started was very easy to fill out and submit. Took 2 days to process through the HR dept.
Phone interview after contact with recruiter. Professional and extremely personable. I was given a lot of information about rate of pay, travel compensation, and expectations that have turned out to be very accurate.
