First I did the phone interview with the nice Marry Ellen, second stage, I needed to answer some questions by recording videos and the third I talked to the area manager by cell phone. All very polite and answering all questions

Met at a Vons supermarket. The interview was unusually difficult for such a low paying job. Discussed past work that had nothing to do with the job I was applying for. Went over what "impulse merchandising" entailed and walked me through Vons demonstrating what I would be doing if hired.
