The talent acquisition rep found me on LinkedIn and thought I would be a good fit with my financial background. I was relocating to a new state and working remotely was an issue initially, but they went ahead and interviewed me anyway. My initial interview was with the hiring manager, and I thought it went well. He talked about next steps with me interviewing with the CAO. But unfortunately, I was not chosen to move forward.
