I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Jack Henry & Associates (Elizabeth, NJ) in Mar 2017
Interview
I applied online and received an email that next morning to see when I could do a phone interview. I had a 15-20 minute talk about my background, work history, work style and values. I was told that the hiring manager would contact me later that day or the next. She called me the next morning to delve deeper into my work history, and typical customer service oriented questions about my temperament and ability to handle difficult interactions with customers. She told me that I would be contacted soon for an in person interview. I received a call the same day and the interview was set for three days later. I dressed business casual, even though the normal dress code at the location is very casual. I researched the company and learned about what they value in their employees. The interview was with two managers, who each had a list of questions. They took turns asking, and sometimes did a follow up question if they needed further info. The interview went great, was actually fun like having a get-together with a couple of friends. I felt a connection and actually enjoyed the experience. They are looking for honesty, people who like to give back to the community, and someone who is upbeat and positive.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Jack Henry & Associates (Springfield, MO) in Jan 2016
Interview
I had an employee send my resume to the department supervisor. Less than an hour later, I had a simple phone interview asking if I would be interested in the job. I was set up an interview for two days after that. The interview went good. I connected good with both of the women. The main interviewer said she would get back to me within a week. A week later, I hadn't heard anything so I emailed her and didn't get a response. About five days after that, I called the supervisor's phone number and left her voice mail. I never did get a response back from her. I was finally sent an automated email two weeks after my interview. Very unprofessional. Not happy.
