Interview was up to an hour and a half long with five of the upper senior management staff. 2 peope asked technical questions and the other 3 asked personal and situation questions. It was a very tense interview with five different people in the same room. But they made it comfortable for you and took there time asking questions.

Interview
The interview process is straightforward where you have an initial phone screen with the hiring manager and then a interview-by-committee for your second interview. If you make it past this interview, you will be given a few aptitude tests to complete which take about two hours. Once you make it past this stage, an offer will be made or you will be rejected.
I couldn't find any reviews that mentioned a drug screen but the offer is contingent on on passing a screen which is strange for a software company. They check for everything in this screen including recreational drugs but this is not mentioned at any time in the interview until an offer is made.
