I was contacted by a recruiter and had an the initial phone screening with him. He was very nice and explained the job and benefits. He said I basically had the job because of my background. He set up the phone interview with the hiring manager and I thought all went well. I didn't hear anything by the end of week so I emailed asking if a decision had been made and was told an offer was not going to be offered to me at this time. How can you go from basically having the job to no offer ???? Maybe that tells me something about the company. Everything happens for a reason.
