I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Jack in the Box (Escondido, CA) in May 2017
Interview
Applied and got a call to be interviewed the next day. I drove down and met with the manager. After waiting for 30 minutes past the time I was supposed to be there warren came out and asked me my experience and why I'm looking for work. I explained why I wanted to work and how I work along with giving him references from a few of my old managers from the same company. He refused to trust anything I told him. He also did not call my former bosses and even ask how I work. He talked over me the whole time and quite honestly didn't care what type of person I was or what my work ethic was. He needed a body to pay in the restaurant to stand around and talk to people badly just as he does. Got hired about a week later
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Jack in the Box (Colorado Springs, CO) in Feb 2024
Interview
Showed up to the scheduled interview for store #8142 to be told, “we don’t have any available hours, but if you want to apply we’ll call you if someone quits!” I asked if it was still for the team lead roll as posted and was informed, “we don’t straight hire, we only promote internally” so both the job and job position was fake? Nice.
