Interview
HR calls to do initial screening, if all goes well then phone interview with hiring manager. After that you're asked to come in for an in-person interview to meet with hiring manager, team, and teams you'll be supporting. Standard process.
Overall, thought everything was fine. HR was responsive and informative. The in-person was long, about 4 hrs, by the end I was fatigue and hungry (interview took place from 10am to 1pm).
The one thing I would say that really bothered me was when i was meeting with the team I would be working with, one of them brought his laptop into the interview and was working on it during my interview. I get everyone is busy, but I thought it was very rude. The team as a whole gave me the vibe they weren't interested in me and, that's ok. I could tell this wasn't the right fit for me.
