Interview
I got called for an interview on Monday at 10 am to go in that same day at 1:30 pm. I went for my interview, got there about 15 min early. I couldn't even walk in the front door when the store manager said "Oh my god we have a blackout, and I totally forgot about you. I have more important things to do. Can you come back on Wednesday at 10:30?". I said okay and was on my way. I went back on Wednesday at 10:30. I got there about 10 min early this time. The manager saw me, greeted me and told me to take a seat, finally I waited about 20-30 min for her to come back. She finally did, the interview was quick, asked me questions, told me what she wanted, and told me their was somebody else who would have gotten the job before me. The person didn't fill out the paperwork and I ended up with the job that same day. No drug test or anything.

Great inverview process, questions were not too dificult, manager seemed nice and they only want to see if you are serious about the job, they want someone who is reliable and trustworthy.

It was quite easy, straight forward questions about hypothetical service situations. What would you do if a customer was angry with you? Tell me about yourself. What drives you to success?
