My interview was for one of the companies that falls under the Jackson Healthcare umbrella. After going through my initial phone screen with a member of HR. I was scheduled for a second phone interview with the hiring manager. The hiring manager, and I spoke for about 20 -30 minutes after which I was invited to an in person interview (I was asked to complete an online personality test prior to the interview). During this entire process the team was very understanding, and was able to work with me on scheduling an interview around my very challenging schedule. In person, I spoke to four separate people. The HR director, the president (of the division), my direct hiring manager, and the marketing coordinator. The process was seamless, and I am very thankful for the opportunity and happy that I applied.
