      Account Representative Interview

      Interview

Applied online and received a phone interview in a week. After the phone interview I was invited for an on-site interview with the HR manager and then a department manager. The HR manager gave me a tour of the place and both interviews were great. HR lady told me the next step was to pass along my info to a department that was hiring. This was over a month and a half ago. I have yet to hear from anyone even after emailing and doing follow-ups. No one had the decency to even tell me what was going on.

I applied online. I interviewed at Jackson Healthcare

      Interview

I had multiple interviews with Jackson Healthcare. The initial interview was over the phone, followed by three in person interviews where I met with various people in different departments. I followed up after interviews to show my interest and appreciation. I also followed up with the hiring manager after some time had passed to again show my interest and initiative regarding the job. I never received a phone call or email reply back from the hiring manager, which is just rude and shows they do not appreciate applicants time. It could have taken all of 30 seconds to a few minutes to send a simple email reply stating they had decided to go in another direction. It would be one thing if it was only a phone interview or even one in person interview, but after multiple interviews over several weeks to not receive any reply back leaves a very bad impression. To me this shows that the hiring managers are either over burdened or just don't care about their applicants experience, either way I would never consider working for this company. The funniest part about this is that after some time passed someone else from the company reached out to me asking if I was interested in a position with the company. I actually laughed out loud when I received this message on LinkedIn and did not reply.

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Jackson Healthcare (Alpharetta, GA)

      Interview

The process was very organized. The corporate recruiter called me after applying and we did a phone interview. and proceeded with a personality exam. The first time I came in, I interview with the recruiter in person and I also met with 2 managers who asked me behavioral type questions. The second time I came in, I met with another manager. The final time, I got to shadow someone, which was very helpful, and meet another manager. Overall, it was a long process, but was coordinated very well.
