Overall, the interview process was lovely. The interviewers were kind and happy to take the time out to meet me. They very clearly wanted to hire someone who had a dedication to working in the labor and employment law field.

What is your interest in labor and employment law?
Had a brief phone call as a first round interview. The interviewer did not seem to be familiar with this process and expected me to have plenty of employment law experience, even though I had just completed 1L (and did not even have any choice as to what classes I had taken). Other questions asked were pretty simple and generic. Never heard back from them after the call. Strange interaction overall.

Have you taken any employment law courses? What experience do you have with employment law?
Two and a half hour interview process that included multiple 30 minute interviews with various attorneys within the office. Ranged from Partners to associate level attorneys and conversations were done in person.
