A friend approached me about a possible opening for the position. We had an informal lunch and afterwards, she asked for my resume. There was a series of phone calls and emails plus several in person meetings. The entire process took approximately one month.

I was interviewed virtually by one person for only about 15 minutes, which, in my opinion, is pointless because it is not enough time to learn anything about anyone. There were several candidates before and after me.

They expect you to have extensive employment law experience, even straight out of law school.
Lots of questions that did not really pertain to the duties of being an associate attorney. Too many people jumping on and off the call which made things difficult. Aggressive questioning
