Jacobs Proposal Coordinator interview questions

Submitted an application and was quickly contacted by a recruiter. Had a phone call discussing the position and my background; I thought the call went well. Was told I would receive an email within a week indicating whether or not I would move on to an interview. Sent a follow-up email a week later and received no response. Feels like I was either ghosted or lost in the shuffle. I'm disappointed in the lack of communication.
