I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Jaipur Rugs (Norcross, GA) in Feb 2015
Interview
Too long. Four different interviews for a duration of two weeks. I was interviewed on the phone for half an hour, then was called backed for an in-person interview. I was then asked to submit to a drug test, not an issue, this is standard for most companies. Then did a personality test and skills test. Interviewed by four different people over a period of two weeks. I should have turned away then because, normally, this type of process demands a much better rate of pay and working environment. After all this time and effort that I put into the interview process, I was only mislead and was given duties for which I was well over qualified. Too many interviews, too much time, not enough reward at the end of the process. A joke, really. Jump through fifteen flaming hoops and perhaps I'll give you a tiny treat. This company is greedy, as are most, but at least most companies don't waste that much time promising what cannot be delivered.
